Angela Cartwright Urach

Cartwright weds Steve Gullion 1976. They have two children. Born in England, Angela is the older sister of actor Veronica Cartwright. As a child she was cast as the cute little stepdaughter, Linda Williams, on The Danny Thomas Show (1953). Between 1957 and 1964, she appeared as a part of the show. In 1965 Julie Andrews' The Sound of Music was made available and she was cast as Brigitta. Soon after, she returned to show TV with the character of Penny Robinson, young teenage space traveler in Lost in Space (1965) that ran from 1965 to 1968. Despite the cheap episodes and sloppy storyline, Lost in Space (1965) is a popular show today. In 1970 Angela played a role of Make Room for Granddaddy (1970) which was a sequel to the original series, but the show was soon cancelled. She has since made her name in the non-film industry. Bonanza was one of the first westerns on television to be broadcast in colour. The plot revolved around the Cartwrights which was a fictional family of ranchers who lived in close proximity to Virginia City Nevada a real mining boomtown in the late 1800s. He appeared as Cartwright, the oldest Cartwright child whose mom Marie was French Creole. She had been a widow whose son died of fever in Episode Marie My Love.
