Paula Patton, an American actress and producer is best recognized for her performances as the lead character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action spy thriller) as well as Precious (a drama). She was born into a middle-class household living in Los Angeles, she harboured huge dreams when she was a kid. Her mother enjoyed watching films and instilled a passion for film in her young daughter as well. Paula became involved in many co-curricular events at school and had an interest in drama. She was a great actor and loved performing with her friends. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced many plays and the actor decided that acting was her chosen career. In a summer program offered by the University of Southern California, she was awe-inspiring there. She was offered a contract for three months to produce documentaries on PBS. When she finished her three-month task successfully, her first job was in the field of production of television documentaries. Later, she moved on to producing documentaries. Her work was rewarding but was determined to pursue a career as an actor. She started her acting career through a tiny role on the movie romantic comedy Hitch along with Will Smith. Since then she's been in a variety of movies and shows.
